This policy applies to Spadacenta digital products. SocketNews is currently the only paid service and the service that collects the most account-related data.

• Password hash
• API key generated by the user
• Subscription and channel status

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Spadacenta does not store full card details. Stripe may process billing information, payment status, invoices and related data.

Technical data

Minimal technical data may be processed to operate, secure and maintain the services.

Analytics

Spadacenta may use privacy-friendly, self-hosted or similar analytics tools, such as Plausible Analytics or equivalent alternatives, to understand basic website usage without behavioral profiling.

4. Public Information Processing

SocketNews aggregates and processes public information from public sources. The service may use scraping and AI-based processing to generate structured outputs such as summaries, facts, categories, countries, languages, mentioned public figures, organizations, parties, brands and related metadata.

SocketNews does not provide original source content as-is and does not intentionally perform behavioral profiling of users.

• Improving service quality and performance.

6. Legal Basis
